Craig Pittman of CitiScape Property Management Group Awarded CCAM® Designation

San Francisco, CA – June 20, 2012 – Craig Pittman, Manager for CitiScape Property Management Group in San Francisco, was recently awarded the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) by the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CACM).

In order to be certified, Mr. Pittman successfully completed an intensive CACM curriculum, which included instruction and testing in community association law, financial management, association operations, communications, and ethics.

In addition, a standard of practical experience in the common interest development industry had to be achieved prior to certification. “Craig brings tremendous value to the CitiScape team and his recent accreditation demonstrates a commitment to CitiScape and to our standard for excellence in this industry,” affirmed Kevin Wiley, President and Co-founder of CitiScape.

Founded in 1991, CACM was the first statewide professional organization in the nation, developed by community association managers for community association managers. Currently representing over 2,000 members, CACM’s stated purpose is to recognize objective standards of management practices, ethical conduct, and a commitment to professional education.
