CitiScape is an Affiliate Member of the
California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
In order to become a CACM Affiliate Member, CitiScape
had to pass a rigorous battery of tests, including an
internal audit by an independent Certified Public Accountant.
This audit was done to ensure that CitiScape had internal
controls that met the criteria for accounting principals
and practices, as CitiScape is the custodian of funds
held in trust for its clients. CitiScape passed this
test the first time around.
In addition to meeting these certain standards as a
management company, CACM also requires that all individual
staff members who oversee the management operations
of a property management company also hold the Certified
Community Association Manager designation. CitiScape
has met and surpassed this requirement. In addition,
all of our Property Managers now hold that distinctive
designation, or are CACM candidates.
These accomplishments demonstrate our firm commitment
to the industry, to continuing education for our staff,
and our dedication to stay on the leading edge of all
management professionals serving the community associations
of the San Francisco Bay Area.
