Respond to your building emergency. Whenever you have a building related emergency please call CitiScape’s Emergency Hotline: 415-487-3697. CitiScape’s On-call Manager is available to answer your call 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
 
Dispatch your non-urgent building request to our network of preferred vendors. The best way to request non-emergency service from CitiScape is to simply send an email to ServiceRequest@citiscapesf.com. This automatically starts a new customer service ticket, which guarantees that your request will be handled promptly. Once sent, you can then log into our Online Ticket Tracker System (called Gnosio, pronounced "GUH-know-see-oh") and view the status of your request at any time.

Time to Spring Forward!

Remember to turn your clocks forward 1 hour on Sunday, March 14th @ 2am!

This is also a good time to check your smoke detectors and replace the batteries. A working smoke detector more than doubles a person's chances of surviving a home fire. More than 90 percent of homes in the United States have smoke detectors, but one-third are estimated to have dead or missing batteries. Play it safe and take a few minutes to check, repair, and replace the smoke detectors in your home and workplace. Remember – smoke detectors save lives!

*If you notice that the timers for the exterior lights, sprinkler systems, etc. at your CitiScape-managed property need to be adjusted, please give us a call or send us Service Request!

Come join the Mayor’s Office, the San Francisco Arts Commission, the Third Street Corridor Project and your fellow neighbors for the kick-off reception of “Art in Storefronts” in the Bayview. 4900 Third Street (@ Palou Ave – future home of “Dollar Store & More”, a new Bayview business opening soon) will open its doors on Friday, October 30th between 4:00pm – 6:00pm to celebrate this city-sponsored project that turns vacant storefront properties along Third Street into vibrant art galleries showcasing local artists’ work and helping to beautify the Bayview-Hunters Point Commercial corridor. Come stop by for delicious refreshments, live entertainment, and the company of fellow community members!
