| Our
homeowner association management team, already a force to
be reckoned with in the industry, has just gotten stronger!
I’m very pleased to announce that Robert Simms has joined
CitiScape’s association management department. Robert brings
his vast experience in managing homeowners associations and
PUDs. Robert holds active certifications as a Community Association
Manager, CCAM, and CMCA (National Board of Certification for
Community Association Managers). |
|
| Robert
also brings 14 years of dedicated service to the homeowner
association industry. We welcome Robert, and trust the working
environment and support structure we’ve created will allow
him to reach new heights.

SOON: As many of our clients already know, we are in the process
of creating secure web sites for each of our member association
clients; soon, all our member clients will need to do is click
on your site for the latest information regarding your homeowners
association. If you’re a client of ours, and would like us
to include any information about your association to your
membership, please e-mail the information to our Office Manager,
Kim Ryman, who is also our in-house “intranet web-administrator”.
Also coming on line soon, our intranet work order tracking
system: as a CitiScape client, you’ll simply click on the
“work order” icon on your association’s web page, type in
your work order request, and then click “submit”. This information
will be sent to our office via the intranet we’re creating
for your association, and we’ll forward instructions to our
preferred vendors for prompt service. You’ll even be able
to track the progress of your request as it’s underway. Of
course, we try and process work orders so promptly that the
next time you check the progress of your submission, we hope
you’ll find it’s been completed!
And we’ve found a great web site that should be of interest
to anyone living in a community interest development. You’ll
find a host of articles that deal with issues that frequently
arise in community living, from sample resolutions to getting
loans for major replacement projects. Please visit this site,
and bookmark it as one of your favorites. It’s a great resource,
and we’re happy to pass it along to you:

Thanks to all
of our clients and service providers who have made it a pleasure
to serve the community association industry. Please e-mail
me your feedback at: kwiley@citiscapesf.com
