CitiScape is a San Francisco based property management firm and recognized as an Accredited Community Management Firm by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
In order to become an Accredited Community Management Firm, CitiScape had to pass a rigorous battery of tests, including an internal audit by an independent Northern California Certified Public Accountant. This audit was performed to ensure that CitiScape had internal controls that met the criteria for accounting principles and practices, as CitiScape is the custodian of funds held in trust for its clients. CitiScape passed this test the first time around. We remain vigilant by performing ongoing internal audits every three years.
In addition to meeting these standards as a San Francisco property management company, CACM also requires that all of our individual staff members who oversee the property management operations of a homeowners association (HOA) also hold the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation. CitiScape has met and surpassed this requirement. In addition, all of our Property Managers now hold that distinctive designation, or are CCAM candidates.

CitiScape Property Management Group is also a proud member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and our managers participate in the Professional Management Development Program (PCAM).
CitiScape is currently the only management company with PCAM credentialed professionals located in San Francisco according to CAI’s Directory of Credentialed Professionals. CitiScape is also one of the few management companies in California that employs multiple community associations managers who hold the PCAM designation. Earned by only 2,200 managers worldwide, it is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.
To earn the PCAM credential, managers must have five years of community association management experience and complete more than 100 hours of course work. In addition, credentialed PCAMs must fulfill continuing education and service requirements, as well as adhere to a code of ethics.
