Richard was raised in Edmonton Canada where he attended the University of Alberta. Arriving in San Francisco in 1979, he joined Transamerica Commercial leasing where he spent several years working in their San Francisco, New York, New Jersey as well as their International offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. After Transamerica Richard worked for GE Commercial Finance based in Oakland, working in leasing and operations management. He has over 30 years of operational and leasing experience and is excited to now be working in the world of residential property management. Little known fact about Richard is he’s an aviation fan and an avid collector of Airline memorabilia.
