CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC Earns Ranking
Among Bay Area’s Largest Property Management Firms
(San Francisco, CA) — CitiScape Property Management
Group has been identified by The San Francisco Business
Times as one of the largest property management firms
in the San Francisco Bay Area. “CitiScape has been a
pioneer in homeowner association management in particular,
and we are proud to have the success of our well managed
growth added to our other noted accomplishments and
acknowledged with this prestigious recognition,” said
Kevin Wiley, CitiScape’s President and Co-Founder. Since
CitiScape began in 1999, it has grown from a two person
operation to a current staff of 85 managers, administrative,
accounting, building engineering and service employees,
growing at a rate of 15%-20% per year over that span.
CitiScape currently manages 4,100 condominium homes
in the Bay Area, as well as a portfolio of commercial
and apartment buildings through its commercial brokerage
subsidiary, FogCiti Real Estate, Inc.
