CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC Opens East
Bay Office
(San Francisco, CA) — CitiScape Property Management
Group, recently ranked the 14th largest property management
firm in the Bay Area, has opened a new office in the
East Bay. “Due to the growing need for property management
in the East Bay, and in an effort to better serve our
clients, we are pleased to announce that we have recently
established an office in Alameda”, said Kevin Wiley,
CitiScape’s President and Co-Founder. Property Manager
Jon Hudson will run the East Bay division. Since CitiScape
began in 1999, it has grown from a two person operation
to a current staff of 85 managers, administrative, accounting,
building engineering and service employees, growing
at a rate of 15%-20% per year over that span. CitiScape
currently manages 4,100 condominium homes in the Bay
Area, as well as a portfolio of commercial and apartment
buildings through its commercial brokerage subsidiary,
FogCiti Real Estate, Inc.
